Our attorneys have advised national and international clients in connection with the protection of their investments under Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs) and have successfully appeared in the design of corporate schemes assuring the protection of our clients’ investment under the relevant BIT. Our team members have also successfully appeared in investment treaty arbitrations against a Latin American State.
